Inner Alchemy: Discovering Treasures in the Darkness

Who do you let see the inward labyrinth of your person?

Not just the beautiful parts, but the parts that are deep and dark.

Do you know yourself from the inside out?

Do you value yourself?

And what I mean by that is, value based on who you are, not what you do.

Removing any and all of your accomplishments, experiences, physical attributes and anything material you own.

After all that is removed, what is valuable?

Is it easy to identify?

Do you perceive value to exist in you, once all those things are removed?

If not, how might that reflect in how well a person cares for themselves, physically and mentally?

And how might that attitude of devaluation reflect in interactions with others?

Do you imagine a person who, all they have ever been exposed to is a performance or merit based existence, will be able to easily differentiate a better path? One that leads them to value beyond what is seen? A perspective that leads the individual towards authenticity? And promotes interdependency over codependency, without some sort of intervention?

Personally, regardless of wanting to see myself as being valuable, I could not have done it without the awareness that there was something to be valued inside me. Something apart from what I had done or even greater, what I didn’t or couldn’t do. To understand this idea, I had to unlearn what I thought I knew, and seek a model of what value and authenticity was. What I discovered was the key to my world changing on the outside, was to take responsibility from the inside.

This began with exploring my inner alchemy. Exploring my emotions from all aspects, as well as the triggers that drove my beliefs that translated into my behaviors. This approach helped me to see where I was. This is where I saw the circumstances playing out in my life were a direct reflection of the value I placed on my being. It all came back to authenticating value for who I was, not what I did.

This perspective says: I am whole. I don’t have to do anything. This is the place where there is no agenda. It always is. The connection to what is real with a capital R. Your inner alchemy is the divine signature of your soul.

Personally, this was not an easy shift to make. I spent many years in ignorance, reinforcing my dysfunction that was transmitted through my family of origin. A web that was so intricately woven in my thought patterns, it trapped my authenticity and quieted its voice. Using fear in many forms as the subduing tactic.

Unlearning is what created an open channel to see the constructs in my mind. Unraveling the disparities of illusion allowed me to see reality and experience coherence between heart and mind. Unlearning shifts perceptions and opens a channel of insight and a deeper understanding your own inner alchemy, the divine signature that lives in all of us.

Some never find their way. Maybe it's because they don't seek it. Or maybe it's because it's buried so deep in the darkness -- they dare not venture beyond the known. Or there are those who hear the call, but are entrenched in circumstances that they don't know how to negotiate. They can't perceive a way out.

It’s for this reason, Love Street Alchemy has entered into the anthropological record and is dedicated to my family of origin, who have all crossed the threshold into the unknown. The youngest of which was my brother, Robbie who passed away in 2016.

Love Street Alchemy is a community minded school that implements creative art therapy practices to help human beings break the destructive ancestral life cycles that are transferred through our family of origin, as well the culture we are born into. A school suited to facilitating the essential knowledge in which to discover the treasures that lie in the darkness of the unconscious. Guiding others through the refiners fire in order to discover the pure divine value that lives within.

As founder of Love Street Alchemy, I stand amongst great men and women who have explored the depth of the human experience. No matter what language we all search for meaning and purpose. At Love Street Alchemy, we guide seekers to the doorways of awareness, the place of unbounded potential. The place of your own inner alchemy. We help others cultivate their own brand of creativity and imagination by imparting applicable, ordinary concepts that apply across boundaries, where no one is exempt.

This is not a formula or a 30 day program to authenticity kind of model, but one that implements a shift in perspective. Not using a dogma or step formula. Not creating a reproduction of me, the teacher, but offering ancient principles that stand as beacons, guiding the way essential for personal discovery of what lies beneath, to your own inner alchemy.

Our teachings implement the creative arts infused with an interdisciplinary perspective by exploring a vast array of avenues that help to cultivate a greater pool of awareness in which insight can rise to the surface. And intuition is trusted as the truth of our inner world speaking to us.

Our principles are based in unity and go beyond the borders of biology, religion, culture or environment. Principles that can be taught and understood, no matter who you are or where you are. Helping people discover the source of wholeness, that is always with them.

Love Street Alchemy is committed to providing you, the seeker, knowledge to shape and identify concrete principles that actuates towards responsibility, freedom and authenticity.

Finding your own way to a transformation beyond the boundary of somewhere, to the unbounded nowhere of freedom. Finding the truth to the wholeness of being, the only place value rests.
